If it is used in mineral grinding, such as platinum, gold, silver, copper and other minerals, zirconium beads with a density between 3.6 and 6.0 can be used, such as composite zirconium beads, zirconium aluminum composite beads, cerium zirconium beads, and 95 pure zirconium beads.
If it is used in paper/paint/ink/coating, anti-corrosion paint, varnish and other materials, zirconium silicate beads, 80 zirconium beads, and cerium zirconium beads can be selected.
If it is used in the fine grinding of electronics and accumulators, such as silicon carbon anode and MLCC, zirconia beads are required, and only 95 high-purity zirconia beads can be used for this type.
If the product is cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, biological tissue grinding, it is recommended to use yttrium stabilized zirconia beads.
Different zirconium beads have different wear resistance, different degree of strengthening, and different prices. Using the corresponding zirconium beads according to your material requirements can ensure that the materials are not easily polluted and the purity of materials.
There are many sizes of zirconium beads, which should be selected according to the initial particle size of the material and the final particle size to be ground.
1. For materials that have been broken or easily broken, beads with a smaller particle size can be used.
2. For materials that are difficult to break, use beads with slightly larger particle sizes.
3. The size of the zirconium beads needs to be larger than the equipment separator or filter, generally 3 times the size of the screen.
4. The wall distance between the dispersing disc and the grinding container needs to be more than 5 times the size of the zirconium beads.
