Zirconia ceramics are mainly divided into precision zirconia ceramics and ordinary zirconia ceramics. Zirconia ceramics have many advantages, and more and more products are processed using zirconia ceramics. In industrial production, many companies need to use zirconia ceramic parts. Compared with other materials, zirconia ceramic parts have better performance, so how long is the service life of zirconia ceramics?
Zirconia ceramics can generally be used for one year. Because of the death of nitrifying bacteria, although some of the corpses will be washed away with the water, some still remain in the nitrifying bacteria gaps, and slowly accumulate to the back to block the gaps. The parasitic effect of the ceramic ring will gradually decrease, so it needs to be replaced regularly.
Over time, you will find the color of "ceramic""white"-"yellow"-"dark yellow", this is because impurities in the water have blocked the surface of the "ceramic", even after cleaning Will achieve satisfactory results!
Ordinary alumina ceramics are divided into 99 porcelain, 95 porcelain, 90 porcelain, 85 porcelain and other varieties according to different Al2O3 content. Sometimes the Al2O3 content is 80% or 75% also classified as ordinary alumina ceramic series. Among them, 99 alumina ceramic materials are used to make high-temperature crucibles, refractory furnace tubes and special wear-resistant materials, such as ceramic bearings, ceramic seals and water valves, etc.; 95 alumina ceramics are mainly used as corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant components; 85 porcelain Because it is often doped with some talc, it improves the electrical properties and mechanical strength, and can be sealed with metals such as molybdenum, niobium, and tantalum, and some are used as electrical vacuum device devices.
When it comes to ceramic materials, everyone tends to associate them with fragility, but in fact, alumina ceramics add special materials, so in terms of physical properties, it is much superior to traditional ceramics. Qualified alumina ceramic products have a high hardness level and will not be damaged under extrusion or collision.
The performance of zirconia ceramics is already very excellent. If it is combined with high-quality stainless steel materials, is the superiority of this composite part more obvious? However, it is necessary to clarify whether stainless steel can be combined with zirconia ceramics, and then gradually operate. Zirconia ceramics are favored by users with its advantages of high toughness, high bending strength, high wear resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, and thermal expansion coefficient. Now it has a number of unique features, that is, it is combined with stainless steel to sinter to make a composite of stainless steel and zirconia ceramics.
In actual production, the required materials must be prepared first. In addition to stainless steel parts and zirconia ceramic parts, molybdenum foil and nickel foil are also required as auxiliary materials. Next, a nickel metal layer is deposited on the surface of the zirconia ceramic part. The process is very simple, as long as the zirconia ceramic, molybdenum foil, nickel foil and stainless steel parts are put together in a connecting mold.
In this way, the molybdenum foil and the nickel foil are sandwiched between the zirconia ceramic piece and the stainless steel piece, and the molybdenum foil is adjacent to the nickel metal layer on the zirconia ceramic piece, and the nickel foil is adjacent to the stainless steel piece. Then, the connecting mold is put into a hot-press sintering furnace, and the zirconia ceramic parts, molybdenum foil, nickel foil and stainless steel parts are solid-phase diffusion-connected under a protective atmosphere, and then the stainless steel and zirconia ceramic composite parts are obtained.
After the workpiece cools, it can be taken out from the hot-press sintering furnace to obtain the aforementioned stainless steel and zirconia ceramic composite. Since the melting point of zirconia is higher than that of stainless steel, generally stainless steel will melt before zirconia. As long as the above method is operated, the two can be well combined.
It is necessary to pay attention to the details of the process, operation problems, and vacuum furnace problems. A good product must have a full set of process specifications to determine the characteristics of product quality standardization, zero failure, process flow, and modularity. Only in this way can customers be assured of buying and using.
