(1) Self-rotating controlled grinding method
The self-rotation control grinding method makes the upper and lower grinding discs rotate at the same time to achieve the purpose of controlling the spin of the ball. During the grinding process, the rotation speed of the grinding discs on the inner and outer sides of the upper grinding disc and the lower grinding disc can be appropriately changed, and the spin angle of the ball can be forcibly changed, so that the entire ball surface is quickly ground, which improves the grinding efficiency and reduces the spherical error.
(2) Magnetic levitation chemical mechanical polishing process
The magnetic levitation chemical mechanical polishing technology utilizes the magnetohydrodynamic performance of the magnetic fluid that can suspend non-magnetic objects including abrasives under the action of a magnetic field, and realizes a soft support processing of the ceramic ball through the suspended polypropylene material lower plate. In the process of processing, generally use polishing abrasives with a hardness lower than that of zirconia ceramics.
