Precautions for use:
1. According to the capacity of the sand mill, the viscosity of the slurry and the gap between the inlet and outlet, select suitable products. During application, clean the inside of the sand mill first, measure whether the viscosity of the slurry meets the regulations, and check whether the gap between the entrance and exit of the sand mill and the speed ratio are appropriate.
2. For the first application, pre-grind the epoxy resin and organic solvent slurry for 30 minutes. If a lower concentration slurry is used for pre-grinding, be sure to reduce the speed ratio and keep the actual operating time within 15 minutes.
3. Because of long-term grinding, a small amount of product will be crushed under high-speed collision. Therefore, after a period of time has elapsed, part of it needs to be filled. When filling, first use stainless steel screen to screen out the crushed, and then add the same weight ratio as the crushed.
