(1) Mechanical aspects. (3) In terms of electronics and power. There are various alumina ceramic baseplates, substrates, Ceramic membrane, transparent ceramics, as well as various alumina ceramic electrical insulating ceramics, electronic materials, magnetic materials, etc., of which alumina transparent ceramics and substrates are the most widely used.
(4) In terms of chemical engineering. In terms of chemical application, alumina ceramics also have a wide range of applications, such as alumina ceramic chemical filler balls, inorganic microfiltration membranes, corrosion resistant coatings, etc., of which alumina Ceramic membrane and coatings have the most research and application.
(5) In terms of medicine. Aluminum oxide is more commonly used for manufacturing artificial bones, joints, teeth, and more. Aluminum oxide ceramics have excellent biocompatibility, biological inertness, physicochemical stability, high hardness, and high wear resistance, making them ideal materials for preparing artificial bones and joints.
(6) In terms of building and sanitary ceramics, alumina ceramic products can be seen everywhere, such as alumina ceramic lining bricks, grinding media, sticks, ceramic protective tubes, and alumina refractory materials. Among them, alumina ball milling medium is the most widely used. Aluminum oxide ball milling medium has the characteristics of suitable hardness, moderate density, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and low price. Therefore, most raw materials for building and sanitary ceramics are processed using aluminum oxide ball milling medium.
(7) Other aspects. Alumina ceramic is currently one of the most researched and widely used materials in new materials. In addition to the above applications, it is also widely used in other high-tech fields, such as aerospace, high-temperature industrial furnaces, composite reinforcement, and so on.
